Permanent network status monitoring

Our network quality control system provides for a constant quality control of the network condition and in case of any quality deterioration in long-distance channels or internal network sections it immediately notifies the operator of it.

Reliability (double reservation of communication channels)

In the event of a failure in the long-distance channel the network automatically switches the load to a standby channel and in case of an extensive emergency the load is being switched at once to two standby channels. The design of the Ukrainian network segment provides at least for an eightfold margin of the channel reservation.

Office Server Replacement*

When logging in the TERABIT network, you do not need any server to provide the access of your PCs to the Internet: we can offer you an equipment that will serve the function of your server.

Users Firewall*

The users of the TERABIT network can order a basic security firewall. Although this service does not provide the full protection of your network, to a great extent it hampers an unauthorized access to your network.

Quality of Service (QoS)*

In case of the overload of your channel you can install the priority level of the access to the Internet service protocols by using our equipment. In that way you can introduce a priority access to Web-sites or IP Telephony.

Quality Test Feature

Before logging in the TERABIT network, you can evaluate the network performance quality by using a special program or ordering a VPN test by phone +38044 259-01-01.

JABBER server

Jabber is a special protocol that provides a quick message or data exchange between two subscribers being in the Internet. The first application of the Jabber technology was the instant messaging network (IM), which features are similar to those of commercial IM systems, such as AIM, ICQ, MSN and Yahoo. WebMail

The webmail system allows you to gain access to your mailbox content from any part of the Internet. (Later on you will be able to create your own virtual mail server by using our company's equipment).

Spam filter

By ordering our "Spam filter" service, you will avoid receiving most of those useless advertisements sent to you by e-mail.

Antivirus*

By ordering our "Antivirus" service, you will be able considerably to increase the security level of your network and to decrease the probability of having your computers infected with viruses spread by e-mail.

News server

When subscribed to teleconferences (newsgroup) supported by our news server, you will stay aware of the latest news. Our server supports the NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol) connections. It is available at the following URL: news.terabit.net.ua.
